Home Remedies for Cough in this Winter

Honey

Mix 2 spoons of honey with 1 spoon of lemon or ginger syrup and take 2-3 times a day

Ginger

Boil 3 spoons of fine chopped ginger with 1 spoon of dry pudina, add honey after it gets cool. Have 1 spoon daily 

Black Pepper

Add 1 spoon of Black pepper powder in hot water and add 2 spoon of honey. Have it 1-2 times a day 

Turmeric

Mix a spoon of turmeric powder in hot milk. Take it daily in a day or night

Jaggery 

Mix Jaggery with warm water, have it 2 times a day
